Degree in Finance or related discipline, MBA a plus

Has good understanding and experience of forecasting and budgeting processes

Superior written and verbal communication skills

Experience with and drive for continuous improvement

Create financial presentations for upper management

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent

Strong experience with financial modeling plus Invest banking a plus!

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for an Energy Company

Strong organizational skills, team-player, detail-oriented

Monthly forecasting and annual budget processes

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred or eligibility for certification.

Working knowledge of rehabilitative care required.

Prior direct care experience working with the brain injury population of persons served is preferred.
