Analytical, organization, planning, excel and project management skills

Ability and desire to develop necessary knowledge and skills to grow within the Finance organization

Assist in preparing the consolidated quarterly reporting packages, internal reporting and analysis, management and board of directors’ presentations.

Minimum of 0-2 years of finance or accounting experience

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required

Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interface to senior levels of an organization

Implement and coach school personnel on research-based methods of classroom management and behavioral strategies;

Complete all reporting requirements as mandated by the district, state, federal, and educational agencies (i.e. restraint and seclusion, assessments, behavioral data);

Provide social skills instruction to students utilizing research-based methodologies and approved district curricula.

Participate in the development of Individualized Educational Programs for students;

Strong teamwork, communication and report writing skills.

Facilitate and coach teams through the development and implementation of functional behavior assessments/behavior interventions, plans and crisis plans for identified students;

At least three years experience serving individuals with ASDs with a full range of skills and abilities.

Exhibits knowledge of developments/trends in developmental disabilities and aging.

Prepares timely reports/records for quality management review with CARF and Executive Management meetings.

Experience with staff training and supervision
