Licensed Alcohol And Drug Counselor Jobs in Georgia

Experience and ability to work within the manufacturing/production environment, handling high volume, complex case management

3+ years of experience in a security officer or public safety position in lieu of degree

Knowledge of safety and security procedures

Basic skill level in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)

Knowledge of the dynamics and problems of addiction, abuse and treatment methods.

Knowledge of psychology counseling theory and practice with the ability to apply to substance abuse.

Knowledge of laws, developments and literature in the field of addiction.

Knowledge of community services provided by community public health agencies and hospitals.

Exudes a positive customer service focus.

Conducts substance use screenings and comprehensive psych-social assessments.
