Manage daily emails as they come in from collections management team and staff
Strong, accurate data entry skills
Manage Bankruptcy Notices, Hardship Notices, POA / Guardianship documents, Disputes, Probates, Medical expense verifications and Deceased account information
At least one-year experience in a healthcare office, production, or clinical environment or comparable classroom experience
Ability to learn, understand, and work within specific client requirements
