Recognize general vehicle repairs and/or building maintenance and notify management.

Greet and assist customers dropping off vehicles for repairs.

Move and work with vehicles to maintain display and support sales activities.

Delivers vehicles & assist shuttle driver as required.

Controls service traffic flow, parking and assist with loaner vehicles as needed. Parks vehicles after they have been written up

Drive safely and reports any lot damage immediately. Zero lot damage is the goal and the expectation

Picks up vehicles and delivers to customers as directed by Management.

Inspect each vehicle for lot damage and report to management immediately.

Keeps used-vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by Managers and in accordance with dealership display standards.

Cleans interior and exterior of used vehicles, including the trunk, glove compartment, tires, and windows as needed.

Starts vehicles daily and reports any problems or concerns.

Picks up required parts from Parts Department when requested.

Continuous training through Asbury's Internal Learning Management System

Start all cars daily, reporting problems to the department manager

Assist Pre-Owned Sales Manager and members as instructed

Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements

Inform customers of companion part requirements while ensuring the customer is exposed to the full product line

A post-offer pre-employment driving/criminal background check, as well as a drug screen, will be required.

Inspect each vehicle for Bar Codes.

Inspect each vehicle to detect damage.

Align vehicles on the lot every morning.

Maintain all lights, pennants, and equipment on the lot.

Park all unattended vehicles throughout the day in their assigned areas to maximize lot space in front of the dealership.

Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience

Automotive sales / dealership experience is preferred, but those with sales experience in any industry are welcome to apply

Highline performance experience is a plus!

Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
