Mid Level Java Engineer Jobs

Assist with Project management to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Work with Clients, Salesmen, Managers, and Engineers to coordinate project designs.

Develop technical presentations, recommendations, and written communications to explain technical issues to program management and the Navy customer

Analyze and design analog and digital electronic circuits including analog signal conditioning, DC-DC power conversion, and communication interfaces

Integrate, test, troubleshoot, and verify electrical hardware

Develop test criteria and assist in the design of test systems

Develop new electronics in the form of PCB designs and corresponding tests

Generate design and interface documentation

Must have some Civil 3D experience or knowledge in the following.

1- 10+ years experience drafting/designing

Experience with Land Planning Projects (Trails, Rezoning Projects, Master Plan Communities, Commercial Land Use Planning, Mapping, Virtual Community 3d Modeling)

AutoCAD Civil 3D is a must.

Pipe networks (sewer and storm drains, looking for pipe interference and conflicts).

Improvement plans and designing projects

BA/BS + 4 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.

Performance at this level requires developmental experience in a professional position.

MicroStation, InRoads proficient or related software package experience

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.

Skilled in oral and written communication with demonstrated ability developing and delivering effective reports and designs to customers and management.

Five to ten years of technical experience with remedial system design, environmental site characterization, and remedial action implementation.

Demonstrated experience in remediation design including design calculations, design reports, and estimating implementation costs.

Demonstrated experience in successfully managing remediation projects on time and on budget.

Experience completing remedial action feasibility studies.

Knowledge of CAD, aquifer analysis, and or groundwater modeling is a plus.

Good programming skills in both C# and Java

Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Experience working with relational databases

Experience working on Windows and Linux

Performance-tuning experience in Java or C#

Passion for keeping up with the latest evolutions in technology

1+ years of experience with requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing, or change management

Experience with SQL database administration or management

2+ years of experience supporting IAM, security operations and threat response, or security architecture

2+ years of experience with IAM tool: CyberArk

2+ years of experience with implementing IAM tools in an enterprise environment

2+ years of experience in collaborating with clients to deliver results

Working with platform team to implement best practices for configuration management, security, and performance optimization within Kubernetes and AWS environments

Experience in creating data pipelines from scratch with the ability to process data in large volumes and manage data stores

This is a remote role with occasional travel requirements (approximately every 60 days).

(Bonus Points) Experience with machine learning and generative AI models

Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining production data pipelines, databases, and data exchange services on Kubernetes

Experience in designing, deploying, and operating Kafka / Redpanda data streaming solutions on Kubernetes

Through mentoring, classroom-style technical sessions, and on-the-job training, you will increase your knowledge and skills in your engineering discipline.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

You will work with electronic process sensors, digital controllers, network topology, touchscreen displays, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, steam turbines and reactors.

You will prepare specifications for the procurement of instrumentation and control equipment as well as engineering calculations.

Coursework in mechatronics is desired, but not required
