LensCrafters - Lab Manager (hourly)

Provides unsurpassed customer service through ensuring the LensCrafters lab staff utilizes the Quality Manufacturing Process in the production of all eyewear.

Explores underlying reasons for recurring laboratory problems; goes beyond symptoms to get at causes; strives to develop long-term solutions.

Demonstrates commitment to exceed results through strong competency in KPI management & high accountability.

Maintains State Licensure in good standing & practices to the full scope of that license, responsible for maintaining Continuing Education requirements.

Utilizes & leverages effectively all technology to deliver unsurpassed patient/customer experiences.

Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology

Remote Care Optometrist- Maryland- LensCrafters

Ensures executional excellence & winning results in partnership with the MOD & store team.

Maintain State Licensure in good standing, responsible for maintaining Continuing Education requirements

Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship remotely

Utilize and effectively leverage all available technology to deliver unsurpassed patient and customer experiences

Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology

Problem solving ability and solid organizational skills

Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients
