Legal Research Product Manager Jobs

Partner with peer managers on other teams or in other departments—such as Design, Product Management, Engineering, and Analytics

Partner with other research managers to grow and develop the research team via our toolkit, talent, and socialization techniques

Recruit and hire outstanding researchers and facilitate their onboarding experience

You care deeply about understanding customer needs and delivering the best experience for them

Previous experience with conducting Ads research preferred

Lead a team of 2+ UX researchers, mentoring them on UX methods, prioritization and career development

At least 5 plus years of product management or relevant work experience

You are able to communicate effectively, write strong product requirements, and drive consensus across functions and teams

Lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and operations specialists to implement your product vision

Become a domain expert: understand the market, competitive landscape, and how Flexport fits into it all

Participate in research and user discovery with internal product teams and external partners

A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent

Excellent project management skills including the development of technology-based products and services

Provide Product Management leadership across product development lifecycle

4 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

J.D., J.D./MBA, or prior work experience within the California legal industry preferred

Experience owning product and/or feature development from idea to launch on a new or early-stage product

Proven skills in strategic thinking, planning and execution
