Legal Program Manager Jobs in Iowa

5+ years of program and/or project management or similar experience

B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent project or program management experience

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Program Management experience supporting product development and/or regulatory and compliance initiatives

Experience at a large consulting firm

Build standardized playbooks and processes for identifying and closing gaps for new products, regulation, external audits and compliance, verticals, countries etc.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a technical program manager in a technology team

Strong technical depth in data management, including data retention, deletion, and compliance

Experience with Google Workspace products, as well as advanced knowledge of Google Workspace data retention policies and regulation

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data retention needs and requirements for various products and organizations.

Ensuring regulatory compliance for data retention policies, including legal hold and data destruction requirements
