Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements relating to enterprise sales agreements, partnerships, marketing, vendors (general), API integrations, and professional services.

Assist in developing and maintaining company-wide privacy programs and related policies, procedures, and training materials.

Review marketing collateral and activities, and advise on compliance with applicable laws.
