Thorough knowledge and proficiency with PC software programs e.g., word, excel, database management, PowerPoint, PowerBI
Experience with Passport eBilling and matter management system
Prepare check requests, enters invoices into the matter management system and handle incoming checks for deposit
Resolve billing issues by working across multiple teams such as Vendor Setup, Accounts Payable and Finance
Manage the outside counsel scorecard and reporting
Manage accruals, including running and delivering monthly eBilling accrual reports
