Leasing Agent Administrative Assistant Jobs in Ohio

Oversee and verify the completion of education and development sessions for the team members you directly manage.

Ensure team is visible and accessible to residents, seeking out opportunities to address residents’ concerns and improve their EPOCH experience.

Exercise sound judgment and discretion in resolving customer complaints, consulting the General Manager as necessary.

Maintain knowledge of market conditions, competitors, and related school and resident demographics. Conduct regular market surveys, including physical ‘shops’ of competitors.

Work with the General Manager to prepare the team schedule to meet the needs of property operations at all times.

Manage the rate and incentive plan.

Maintains excellent working knowledge of property, amenities and community.

Prior experience in real estate/housing industry a plus

Responsible for conducting most aspects of the leasing process including greeting customers, giving property tours, closing the sale and signing leases.
