Leasing Admin Jobs in Arkansas

Seeking 2+ years of work experience in lease administration, real estate accounting and/or property management.

Share COIs for General and Subcontractors with Property Management.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all landlords and Property Managers.

Manage real estate tax assessments and appeal notices.

Manage Business Licenses, Insurance Renewals and CLIA Renewals.

The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment.

Management of such other responsibilities as may be assigned by company leadership

Bachelor’s degree; no preferences with respect to the focus of study 5+ years of leasing execution and/or management experience

Excellent interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational abilities and communication abilities

This role is remote. You will report to and be supported by the VP, Porfolio Operations of your assigned client POD.

Sales team and team leadership experience

Knowledge of SFR leasing best practices and commonly-leveraged resources

Interact daily with new development management regarding customer and property feedback

Excellent verbal and writing communication skills

Meticulous with excellent organization skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with the Yardi and RentCafe is a plus

Respond to incoming inquiries daily and schedule property tours for interested prospects

Provide overviews for all general inquiries that come into the leasing office
