Lease Up Property Manager Jobs in Florida

Property management: 1 year (Preferred)

1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred

Weekend availability- must work 3 weekends a month with one day off during the week

Hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, Saturday 10am-5pm, Sundays 11am-3pm

As a Sales & Marketing Associate, your primary responsibilities include:

Conducting informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases

Proven experience in preconstruction management within the commercial construction industry.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Competitive salary & benefits package.

Utilize expertise in commercial construction to lead and manage projects ranging from $1 million to $20 million.

Strong knowledge of commercial construction, including new builds, renovations, and remodels.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

As a Leasing Consultant your primary responsibilities include:

Conducting informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases

· Vast maintenance management experience in multifamily housing

· Knowledgeable and skilled in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment

· Proficient in MS Office Suite and property management software (Yardi/One Site)

· Proficient in MS Office Suite required, property management software (Yardi/One Site) highly desired
