Experience with operational/process excellence tools and methods (e.g., Problem Solving, 5 Whys, Value Stream Mapping, Visual / Daily Management)
Strong experience with operational and project management tools
Experience with Cornerstone on Demand learning management system a plus
Experience with Smartsheet work management platform a plus
Develop and manage user adoption efforts for the online learning subscriptions and learning management system (CSOD)
Manage vendor onboarding, contract renewals, payment scheduling along with larger Talent Management budgeting process

Overview A Learning Operations Associate is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a learning organization. This includes managing the learning environment, developing and implementing learning programs, and providing support to learners. The Learning Operations Associate is also responsible for maintaining the organization’s learning systems and ensuring that they are up to date and functioning properly. Detailed Job Description The Learning Operations Associate is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a learning organization. This includes developing and implementing learning programs, managing the learning environment, and providing support to learners. The Learning Operations Associate is also responsible for maintaining the organization’s learning systems and ensuring that they are up to date and functioning properly. The Learning Operations Associate will work closely with the organization’s Learning and Development team to ensure that the learning environment is optimized for learning.
