Learning And Development Training Specialist Jobs in Utah

Demonstrated experience in project management and success with cross-departmental teams and external stakeholders

Experience with technology tools and data management systems including learning management systems (Cadmium, iMIS preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, curriculum and instruction, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to master various technology, web, and data management systems

Previous experience with international education or other association membership organizations, preferred

Business development and entrepreneurial skills and experience, preferred

Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently and with sufficient knowledge to present projects to senior management.

Strong analytical skills along with discretion in performing specified work requirements.

Plan programs designed to develop employees and manager learning in the organization.

Administer programs designed to develop employees and manager learning in the organization.

Evaluate programs designed to develop employees and manager learning in the organization.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.

Manage the overall training/learning effort

5-10 years of related experience

Experience designing, developing, and implementing a variety of training programs, using instructor-led, web-based, or virtual training methods

Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory, classroom and web-based instruction

Experience with instructional design and storyboarding

Knowledgeable about ADDIE (training lifecycle)
