Leadership Communications Director Jobs in California

Classroom teaching experience (K-12) or Nonprofit experience with program/project management or change management training.

Advanced time management and execution in dynamic high-demand environment.

Partner with Director of Case Experience to ensure student/teacher case understanding, connections, and engagement.

Manage and monitor 3DE school budget to augment school resources as necessary for culture building and curriculum support .

Teacher-leader, instructional coaching, and/or school administrator experience preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills delivered through a variety of mediums.

Excellent writing, pitching and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to problem solve in an efficient, business-friendly, creative manner.

Professional, confident demeanor and superior analytical skills.

Draft press materials including PR plans, press releases, media alerts, pitches, media lists, etc.

Build, support and deepen existing relationships within the greater Las Vegas community, including with partners.

Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials

Press relationships at major publications, trade outlets in the media, entertainment, music and technology industries and broadcast, radio and podcast programs.

Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information

LOCATION: Remote - Los Angeles, CA only (TimeZone: PST/CIST | Full day overlap)

Manage and implement XD-wide routines to drive cohesion and culture

Exposure / experience with User Experience, Product Design, Communication Design, or Design Operations

Able to comfortably dive into Experience Design, understand business needs, and facilitate executive decisions based on changing priorities

Hands-on experience in organizational change, communications & strategy execution
