Drive Supplier panel management and supplier relationship management in partnership with Global Engineering

Contract management role on the commodity: negotiation & follow-up on contracts execution (based on FIDIC or other international reference)

Data management for data driven decisions/negotiations

Catch market supplier knowledge and share it within Sanofi

Lead strategical projects negotiations, co-manage projects/initiatives across multiple GBUs/sites with key stakeholders

Assist as needed with inventory management and warehouse activities (cycle counts, receiving and inspection)

Analyzing data needed to execute safety stocks and liabilities

Analytical skills and critical thinking

Contract management and supplier experience

Project management experience a must

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of retail / warehousing / distribution processes and components and supply chain management

Prior experience managing a team, proven leadership, mentoring and coaching skills

Sets direction for advertising preparation process by ensuring accurate data entry into AdPrep and timely merchandise turn-ins for advertising photo shoots.

2+ years of work experience in a buyer/ procurement role

Has multi-functional leadership experience and prior experience in program/project management role in a technical environment

Solid grounding in data-driven management and experience developing business-appropriate KPI’s and reporting

Strong account and client management experience

Experience with foundational business management metrics and financial practices

Develop sound rationale for creating P2P proposals & manages the planning of procurement capabilities & associated applications

Define and create training for other team members in areas of skill and knowledge in which they excel

Knowledge of wine portfolios and distributors in California

Strong knowledge of producers and regions that are sought after by local guests to the St. Helena store.

Extensive knowledge of domestic and international wines.

Experience purchasing domestic & imported wines.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize within a fast-paced working environment.

Ability to work cohesively within a team.
