Overview The Lead Student Program Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing student programs and activities. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The Lead Student Program Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing student programs, coordinating student activities, and providing guidance and support to students. Detailed Job Description
• Develop and implement student programs and activities that meet the needs of the student body.
• Coordinate student activities, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Provide guidance and support to students in order to ensure their success.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, faculty, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Participate in student recruitment and retention efforts.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase student engagement and involvement.
• Manage student program budgets and resources.
• Prepare reports and presentations for administrative staff and other stakeholders.
• Participate in professional development activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least two years of experience in student affairs, student programming, or related field.

• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
