Lead Rotating Equipment Engineer Jobs

SAP and/or experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System

Certification(s): Familiarity with OSHA PSM Mechanical Integrity requirements and regulations

Cross-site coordination for parts stock and inventory development and management, equipment modifications and studies, and streamlining of maintenance plans

Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 5+ years experience working with rotating and fixed equipment including agitators, pumps, turbines, compressors, tanks, reactors, heat exchangers, and etc.

Maintenance and Reliability program development and implementation to enhance the capabilities of the Engineering group, promoting a more proactive culture

Minimum of 1 year of basic experience in the Services & Commissioning.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Have leadership capabilities with strong organizational, communication, and team working skills, through a combination of formal training and/or experiences

Have experience with machinery monitoring and troubleshooting, including bearings, seals, auxiliary support systems, and vibration analysis.

10+ years of experience in a similar position in the petrochemical industry

Specify new rotating equipment to comply with industry and company design practices

Ensure safe, cost-effective, operable rotating equipment and associated systems are provided and maintained to meet business unit needs

Provide quality control and design reviews of new projects that involve rotating equipment
