Lead Retail Customer Service Associate Jobs in Iowa

Participate in product knowledge and other training.

Provide customer service, both in loading customer vehicles and in assisting as needed within the store.

Collect and properly distribute/store shopping carts and baskets.

Maintain the cleanliness of the Customer Pickup Area and other assigned areas.

Using safe, appropriate techniques, load bagged goods, sod, trees/shrubs/plants, and other merchandise in customer vehicles.

Use appropriate equipment as authorized.

Strong telephone skills and ability to establish rapport with customers.

Floral Design experience helpful but not mandatory

Point of Sales experience is a plus

Strong communications and strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication ability

Pay is based on experience, and we promote from within our organization as much as possible.

Familiarity with florist business helpful but not mandatory.
