Works from test procedures, shop aids, and work instructions.

Analyze results of automated test fixtures to determine status of PCB assemblies.

Some fiberglass finishing experience required

Has some financial management experience.

Works with upper management on scheduling of assigned personnel regarding event and show assignments, tracks personnel overtime and vacation time.

Works in conjunction with Production leaders to assist with management of external workforce.

Degree or course work in Communications and Sports Management

Concur, Kronos, Autoflow Invoice Management, and SAP

Provides objective feedback on performance to staff and remote personnel and shares feedback as required.

Communication, organizational, and time management skills

Experience in the Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects, experience in DaVinci Resolve is a plus.

Coordinate and Evaluate - Help usher each video through the legal process, evaluating stock and releases.

Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

Demonstrates highly skilled edit skills. Performs under strict timelines with little to no supervision. 

Expert knowledge of broadcast, streaming, digital and social workflow, equipment, facility layouts, and troubleshooting practices as they relate to edit assignments. 

Expert knowledge of linear, digital and social media workflows, equipment, and troubleshooting practices.

Must have expert knowledge to troubleshoot equipment and software issues.

A minimum of 6 years of work in a Post House, large market or network TV production or related experience.
