Lead Machine Operator Jobs

Experience reading schedules (e.g., products being produced, understanding production requirements, production planning, managing changeovers, etc.)

Experience with high speed production lines (e.g., high output, high performance equipment, fast paced production environment, etc.)

Experience with pallets (e.g., operating a forklift, stacking/bundling product, etc.)

Experience operating a packing machine (e.g., stacking, bundling, and wrapping product, etc.)

Experience operating a filler machine (e.g., ensuring right mix of product, operating production computer, etc.)

Experience operating a palletizer (e.g., building pallets, managing product changeovers, etc.)

Experience in manufacturing, but candidates without will still be considered

Excellent verbal and communication skills

Operating and monitoring injection mold machines to produce quality molded parts

Reading and following written instructions in production folders

Trimming gates, verifying parts, meeting quality standards, and identify rejects

Assist in improving operator procedures and standards

Ensures trainee is attaining specific skill blocks and Group Level Certifications.

Skills and knowledge will be determined by means of hands-on demonstration and a formal interview

Assign machine operators to jobs based on their skill sets and abilities.

Knowledge of wire cutting capabilities and techniques.

Sense of urgency and self-motivation; ability to work independently with minimal direction from Production Manager. Qualifications: Minimum

Provide skill and job training for new employees on company processes, procedures, equipment, and documents.

Communicate job related status or issues with Production, Quality, and Engineering supervisors or managers.
