Lead Inventory Control Clerk Jobs in California

Researches and resolves inventory related to Pick Slot Anomaly Report, Stock Outage Report, and Faulty Task Management Reports.

Manages all product that may appear at the "Product Resolution Area" (Bump Wall).

Pc skills, Excel, Power Point and Word.

Inventory Control Clerk - Full-time

Uses designated plans and processes completes assigned Cycle Count Plans.

Verifies pick and reserve locations and confirms accuracy of reported Inventory, makes adjustments as necessary.

Review aging inventory and work with Account Management team on disposition.

Manage and maintain relationship with offsite warehouse.

Communicate and coordinate with Account Managers on reorders.

Coordinate with Account Managers for ad hoc spikes in volume.

Math skills including addition, subtraction, fractions and decimals are required to follow instructions.

Review current inventory on hand against product minimums daily.

Assists clerks by providing direction and leadership, demonstrating and performing clerk responsibilities and assigned tasks, and answering employee questions.

Providing leadership, exhibiting interpersonal skills by maintaining composure and professionally addressing difficult and sometimes angry individuals including customers, vendors and co-workers.

Demonstrating initiative and self-direction to perform a variety of simultaneous skills (multi-tasking).

Perform all duties described in the appropriate department specific job description (grocery clerk, cashier and/or freight stocker).

Understand overall company practices through previous experience in designated department (grocery or freight) or equivalent.

Understand state & federal regulations if certification is needed.
