Manage a book of business, including follow up with customers

2-3+ years of sales experience selling to SMBs

Experience selling software, platform and/or SaaS solutions to SMBs

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple work streams

Follow-Through: Follows through on items without being micro-managed. Takes ownership over their work and results.

Promote the product and offer the benefits.

Manage a portfolio of clients, make and receive calls from potential clients

Pay – $18.00 hourly + bonuses

Will be responsible for contacting, registering and following up on potential clients by telephone.

Manage pipeline to uncover opportunities and convert customer appointments.

Minimum one year experience in an office environment

2+ years’ experience working in Sunrise and Salesforce

Excellent oral and written communication skills with an emphasis in spelling and grammar

Proven multi-tasking capability and solid organizational skills

Basic computer skills to include; Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
