Lead Front Desk Receptionist Jobs in Virginia

Perform other duties as requested by management.

Have knowledge of and assist in all emergency procedures as required.

At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field required.

Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to guests, managers and fellow employees.

High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.

Obtain all necessary information when taking room reservations and follow the rate-quoting scenario.Monitor all VIP and special guest requests.

Promote local attractions, store sales and special offers, and referrals to other company-managed campgrounds.

At the direction of our campground's General Manager, lead and supervise the activities of our Guest Services and Activities Team Members.

Manage inventory stock counts and cleaning of front office and store, on a regularly scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.

Experience as a team leader or supervisor.

Knowledge of point of sale systems and cash register operations.
