Six months of experience using powered cleaning equipment and restoring floors.

Experience serving as a lead person on a cleaning team.

Be able to share the on-call responsibilities; respond on timely matter the after-hours emergencies

Minimum 2 years maintenance experience.

Performing basic carpentry which may include repairing and replacing counter tops and benches

Cleaning garage floors with scrubber machine

Repairing garage components (speed bumps, bike racks, signage, lighting, entrance/exit gates)

Replacing light switches, receptacles, light fixtures, ballast, and other small electrical components
