Lead Building Inspector Jobs

Systematically perform and document preventative maintenance tasks and inspections

Coordination and oversight of 3rd party vendors and service contractors ensuring strict adherence to the scope of work and building rules/regulations.

Responding to tenant service requests

Maintain inventory of adequate supplies and tools for assigned property.

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with other Engineers.

Submittal of a Daily Report detailing the hours worked at each property along with a brief description of the work completed.

Three to five years of professional experience in project or program development and management.

Strong time management and organization skills.

Knowledge of governmental grant program implementation processes and federal reporting requirements.

Minimum Qualifications – Education And Experience

Must have a minimum of one of the following certifications:
