Landscape Renderer Jobs

Time management skills to meet deadlines.

Good rendering skills to work with the designer.

Good grasp of Revit to create good collaterals for the project.

Reviews work with department manager or project architect to ensure the application of sound architectural practices and professional judgment.

Minimum three (3) years of related designer experience.

Excellent graphic, post production, written and verbal communication skills are required.

Coordination with the project team (engineers et al.) to develop construction documents that accurately implement the design intent.

Attending meetings with the project team, consultants, and client to discuss and develop the design.

Performs a variety of architectural assignments on small projects and/or specific portions of larger projects.

Coordinate with Clients, the Partners, colleagues, and consultants with your excellent communication skills.

·Actively model alongside the Partners and project managers in real time using Rhino 6 and Lumion.

Take direction and show initiative in problem-solving without losing sight of product quality.

Ability to work in the US.

On-site five days a week in our Manhattan office

Salary Range 65k - 85k

Expert proficiency in Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe, Lumion and AutoCAD required.

Proficiency in Revit highly advantageous.

A passion for architecture and design.

A strong understanding of residential design.

Top-notch knowledge of developing graphics using SketchUp, AutoCAD, Vector, and Adobe Photoshop

Experience with an environmental company or landscaper

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or similar

Ability to visit job sites

Assist and support engineering staff as needed

Great vision, color, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
