Landscape Enhancement Production Manager Jobs

Understand multiple programs and cross train OHA staff and vendors (in cooperation with Case Management Administrator)

Create quality review processes with Case Management Administrator

Provide program management in support of active contract management for internal OHA contract clubs

Development and testing of Quality Assurance processes regarding performance measures for compliance with state and federal requirements

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Wellsky products preferred but not necessary

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Commercial Grounds Management.

Communicate daily with Account Management staff on jobsite progress and issues

Review equipment needs and maintenance schedules with Operations Manager

Work with other Production Managers to insure a consistent product

Work with other managers on work schedules including seasonal work needs

Ability to meet seasonal deadlines set by the Operations Manager

Communicate with management and staff effectively.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Landscaping

Ability to manager 3-4 crews

Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills

Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

Track and manage contemplated change notices and change orders.

Manage and schedule labor, equipment, and materials to accomplish assigned tasks

Monitor assigned sites for signs of insect infestations, diseases, or irrigation issues and report to Account Manager

Manage and maintain all required paperwork (i.e. service tickets, vehicle and equipment inspection logs, etc)

2-4 years of continuous Supervisory experience in the landscape field

Working knowledge of standard maintenance equipment

Working knowledge of G Suite, internet search, email

Requires a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Monitors and encourages student-athletes in their academic requirements and endeavors in collaboration with Academic Advisor.

Assists in instructing student-athletes in the proper basketball skills and techniques in practice and competition settings.

Coordinates and manages correspondence to WBB alumnae and families.

Knowledge of Big Ten Conferences and NCAA rules and regulations.

Assists basketball staff with the planning, organization, and execution of all major recruiting functions.

Review equipment needs and maintenance schedules with field supervisor and Equipment Manager

Support Field Supervisor and Project Managers as main field contact person for clients

Work closely with HR Manager and Vice President of Operations to promote and enforce all Company Policies and Procedures

Must have good communication skills and ability to motivate others

Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Landscape Installation
