Landscape Construction Supervisor Jobs

Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in accordance with budget and schedule requirements.

Demonstrated proficiency with desktop computing applications including work management databases and Microsoft Office.

Minimum ten years of required experience in horticulture and landscape care, including irrigation system and property maintenance routines.

Experience supervising a team of landscaping professionals

College degree with advanced certification training in horticulture or related field preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills required to articulate program needs and customer service responses.

Ensure optimal productivity and adherence to project timeline and budget through cost management, revenue optimization, and accurate and timely billing

Manage and schedule foreman and crews for assigned clients in companies' Field Service Management Software

Conduct appropriate site visits, email or phone calls with clients upon receipt of customer service requests and manage client expectations

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Demonstrated capacity to embrace change. Ability to manage work under pressure

Execute professional time-management ensuring that projects are completed with the projected budget and timeline.

5 years’ experience in Landscape Construction, preferably in commercial landscapes.

Experience installing Pedestal Pavers on high-rise buildings a plus!

Spanish Language skills are a plus!

Coordinate with internal and external customers, vendors or personnel, daily job-site activities, materials and/or equipment deliveries, and work schedules.

Conduct daily job-site safety, tools and equipment inspections. Conduct weekly Tailgate Safety Meetings.

Minimum of 2 - 4 years’ experience in landscape and irrigation design, installation and maintenance

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisor role

Proficient computer application skills including AutoCAD, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Pest control methods experience a plus

Varying hours, but typically: M-F, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm
