Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

Strong computer skills: Google Suite, MS Office Suite, SAP, Coupa, PPM, etc.

ISA’s Certified Arborist certification is a plus.

Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project

Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables

Coordinate with a variety of consultants

5+ years of landscape project management experience

Great time management and organizational skills

Managing paperwork and project management software related to the design/build projects

Sourcing materials and coordinating plant requirements with the Nursery Manager

We offer a competitive benefits package including a base salary of $75,000 to $85,000 annually DOE.

Pay is based on experience.

Oversees the construction bid process, award of contracts, and site construction management of multiple projects.

Knowledge of grant application and administration requirements.

Five (5) years of responsible experience in landscape architecture and park and recreation design

Two (2) years of supervisory experience

Knowledge of planning guidelines for the design of recreational, athletic, and programming facilities

Knowledge of modern and complex principles and practices of preparing and reviewing designs, drawings, specifications, and sketches

Ensure project deliverables comply with regulatory standards and contract requirements

4 to 8 years (post-graduation) of relevant working experience in a professional design firm

Strong visualization skills considered an asset

Strong cooperative and team building skills

Experience in preparation of construction documentation
