Landscape Account Manager Jobs in Texas

Experience and education in tree health care, tree maintenance and tree management a plus

Experience and education in water management and irrigation systems a plus

Two years experience in landscape management or similar industry background.

Ensures the overall landscape appearance and maintenance meets ICOP requirements. Immediately reports to Operations Managers any cleanliness, maintenance or vendor issues.

Works closely with the Landscape Managers on strategies to help achieve financial results.

Supports the Landscape Managers, the Reinvestment and Development teams on landscaping projects and properties for turnover from construction to Operations.

Prepares properties for turnover from construction to property management, working with the Reinvestment team, Irvine Company Apartment Development, and Landscape Architects.

Five to seven years of landscape management.

Develops, manages and oversees a highly qualified contractor pool.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

Strong computer skills: Google Suite, MS Office Suite, SAP, Coupa, PPM, etc.

ISA’s Certified Arborist certification is a plus.

Management and Quality Control for service teams to ensure we exceed client expectations.

Training and Management to help teams hit quality and efficiency goals

Knowledge of southern climate horticultural practices and high-level property maintenance experience is a plus.

2-5 years of prior experience with a professional landscape service company.

Enhancement Sales on existing properties.

Pay is based on experience.
