Land Development Support Assistant Jobs

Assist Construction Manager with job-related tasks

Experience working near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis

Experience working in undeveloped areas, difficult terrain, steep hills, rocky ground, and wet and muddy conditions

Perform regular jobsite cleaning and maintenance

Check quality and inspect jobsite

Assist in maintenance and construction of fences, earthwork, and erosion control

Update and maintain land database and acquisition files.

Prepare and maintain checklists for various projects to keep processes on track.

Monitor and maintain construction schedules and community development schedules, and update associated reports.

Prepare and submit community bond documents, request letters of credit, and maintain timelines in accordance with bond expiration dates.

Provide information for, and participate in the preparation of financial and feasibility analysis.

Prepare budgets, monitor all project costs and process invoice approvals.

Maintain and update all land development budgets with information provided by Land Development Managers

Advanced computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Windows Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Strong Oral/Written Communication Skills, proofreading skills; strong telephone skills

Excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service skills

“Onsite” new home sales experience required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

10+ years of site development, commercial real estate and project management experience

Manage a team of Development Project Managers who support the preparation of project recommendations for presentation to management for approval

3+ years of experience managing a team of real estate development professionals

Experience in managing multiple projects and coordinating with internal staff and external consultants, vendors and other stakeholders

Experience with real estate transactions and negotiating commercial agreements

Experience in large and complex infrastructure projects, data center experience

Minimum Salary: US Dollar (USD) 31,200

Midpoint Salary: US Dollar (USD) 37,200

Maximum Salary : US Dollar (USD) 43,200

FLSA: non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay

Coordinate with counties and Engineers to make sure address and GPS coordinates are received and sent out to the appropriate departments.
