Strong Financial Planning and Financial Services skills

Experience in Insurance and related products

Experience in conducting due diligence to ensure successful transaction closure

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred

5-10+ years’ work experience in physical site planning and design of neighborhood, community, mixed-use, and hospitality environments.

Analyzing natural and man-made factors affecting site development suitability.

Conducting research and data analyses, including master plan level programming and space planning studies.

Participating in stakeholder outreach for community-based land planning assignments.

Preparing planning-related graphics for project reports and meetings.

Supporting the work by the firm and outside consultants on entitlements and environmental approvals for development projects
