Extensive local building experience or relevant role in Malibu area

Familiarity with local building codes, zoning laws, and requirements

Proven knowledge of cost analysis and feasibility studies pertaining to construction projects

Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills

Experience in writ litigation and Coastal Commission workis beneficial, but not required.

Excellent written, research and verbal skills.

Experience with local agency staff and processing entitlements.
