Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Operate and troubleshoot various laboratory instruments independently, escalate issues to supervisor.
Good working skills in a laboratory, including wet chemistry testing as well as chromatography (HPLC and GC) is preferred.
Performs research activities and other infrastructure tasks as necessary in a laboratory environment. Records observations and measurements and reports results promptly.
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining various equipment. Familiar with a variety of analytical laboratory concepts, practices, and procedures.
Performs a variety of tasks following written, detailed procedures in a GLP (Good Labortory Practices) compliant environment.
