Labor Relations Program Manager Or Specialist Jobs

Project management skills with the ability to manage global projects.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Experience working with labor law principles and advising on labor relations matters.

JD with employment law focus and/or experience.

Experience advising on a wide range of labor relations issues, including union organizing, labor disputes, and grievance handling.

Ability to establish cross-functional relationships at all levels and geographies.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other (KSAOs)

Project Managment certification preferred but not required

Experience interpreting and applying labor contract language.

Experience working in labor relations under the Railway Labor Act.

Ability to assimilate and understand complex issues quickly and manage simultaneous priorities.

Excellent facilitation, writing, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated skills in conflict management, grievance avoidance, and establishing effective relationships

Knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to labor relations and human resources management in the public sector

Skilled in basic computer skills - word processing, spreadsheet, email and document management
