Lab Support Associate Jobs

Track, process, and manage orders for customers

Utilize proprietary and off-the-shelf software to manage your book of labs

Full-time salaried $40K to $55K, depending on experience

Communicate with suppliers (sales reps, technical help & customer service) to obtain pricing, technical information and retrieve order updates

Proactively solve logistics and supply chain issues on behalf of customers

Organize basic accounting details on behalf of your books of labs, e.g. purchase orders and invoices reporting progress

Curriculum Vitae - CV must clearly list current and/or pending qualifications (e.g. board eligibility/certification, medical licensure, etc.).

Experience in biological wet-bench research, microscopy, image analysis, and/or modeling would be valuable.

Ability to work independently and contribute to a supportive and inclusive lab environment.

Record of productive research and first author publication(s).

Aids in preparing specimens for analysis.

May assist with routine technical procedures.

Prepares blood components as directed including sign in out.

Performs diverse clerical duties including order processing report filing patient billing enter retrieving lab data canceling tests problem-solving.

Aids in maintaining section safety cleanliness quality control and general supply inventory levels
