Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000

HTML or content management tool experience a plus

Experience with JIRA or other project management platform preferred

Excellent written, verbal, presentation and problem-solving skills required; knowledge of AP Style a plus

Manage presentation and updating of department content on company Intranet site

2+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field required

Previous experience in a communications or marketing firm or technology company helpful

Strong project management and customer service skills

Experience with hands-on print production, using printers with finishing capabilities, printing and mounting signage, and producing other hard-copy deliverables

Experience working with print vendors and the ability to document technical requirements in writing

Five years of professional experience with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, or a related field

Demonstrated experience developing visual content for print and digital publications

Experience developing messaging for strategic information campaigns

Strong project management and customer service skills

Experience with hands-on print production, using printers with finishing capabilities, printing and mounting signage, and producing other hard-copy deliverables

Experience working with print vendors and the ability to document technical requirements in writing

Five years of professional experience with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, or a related field

Oversee outreach and collaboration with partners and stakeholders for content creation and manage relationships

Manage and evolve best practices to archive digital assets

3+ years of experience with communication or branding design

3+ years of experience creating content for a variety of platforms and in various formats

Ideate visual concepts and themes and refine design work to effectively communicate complex concepts through compelling visuals

Develop and maintain a consistent visual style aligned with Design brand voice and the companys brand guidelines

Role:- Knowledge and Communications Designer/Developer

Location:- 100% Remote (team runs on EST time zone in the U.S.)

•BA degree in IT or Technical Writing; and 2 years of experience

•Travel industry background and knowledge preferably in the airline industry

•Knowledge of CRM workflows (“Kustomer” tool utilization is a plus!)

•Be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities
