Perform other duties as assigned under the supervision of Manager.

Prefer experience in food service.

Must be able to work as a team with other crew to provide a quality experience for guests.

Must have current certifications for Alaska Training for Alcohol Professionals (TAP), Alaska Food Handlers and CPR/First Aid.

Present a professional and friendly attitude at all times on duty.

Direct complaints and concerns to the Manager.

Have full knowledge of all items and how the food should appear on the plate (including correct garnish and plating)

Perform other assignments or tasks as assigned by the General Manager, Assistant Manager or acting Shift Manager.
