Learn and manage KidStrong Camps held by centers when local schools are not operating (example: Winter Break, Summer Break)

On weekends we start at 8 AM and run through lunchtime.

Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on KidStrong curriculum

Scheduling appointments and manage accounts for existing clients. Are they hitting their goals?

Sharing the unique benefits of our program with prospective clients.

Provide on-going health and fitness instruction educating clients on trends, fitness knowledge with tools developed by the Exercise Coach.

Strong communication skills. You must be able to be comfortable conversing in person, on the phone, by email and text

Has general working knowledge of the human body and the various components of good health and fitness.

Ability to get certified in CPR/AED live certification training. Having a certification is a plus.

Skill in working through ambivalence and resistance that clients may experience during their fertility preparation process.

Experience working remotely, using various technology platforms, and familiarity with CRM software would be advantageous in managing virtual coaching interactions efficiently.

As a Coach, your responsibilities will include:

Previous experience working as a nurse, fertility coach, reproductive health counselor, or in a related role is a plus.

Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques and counseling best practices tailored to fertility education.

Adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
