Previous experience directing a children’s ministry, including leadership of ministry staff (paid or volunteer).

Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nursing experience;

Strengthen the skills to participate in cross-functional team meetings recapping action points to manager

Build an understanding and develop skills in researching category, trend, and customer.

Assist and build skills in developing flat mechanical sketches for design development packages

Build skills needed to use Adobe and CLO programs for style, color, and pattern development

Develop Team Leaders personally and spiritually

Have excellent communication and organizational skills

Theater and teaching experience a plus, but not required

Work 3-8 hours per week in the afternoon and early evening

Teach and mentor students from 4 to 17 years of age

Follow provided world-renowned lesson plans on speech, movement & acting

Build relationships with parents and students

2 years of management or supervisory experience

Successfully complete and pass Kids Manager Certification

Completes the hiring process and manages the Assistant(s), Supervisor(s) while providing training, feedback, coaching, and direction

First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire

1 year of experience teaching or working in a children’s program

Ensures team members initiate, develop and maintain personalized relationships with members and their children

Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner

Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work

First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire

Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work

Customer service and strong communication skills

Engages children in interactive activities that include storytelling, organized arts and crafts, singing, and games
