Juvenile Assessment Team Case Manager Jobs

Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.

Issue resolution for all cases requiring management intervention.

Maintains knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements including professional licenses, training, background checks, etc.

Training current and new Care Supervisor team members and ensuring all roles and responsibilities are understood and met.

Tracks the receipt and expiration date (if any) of insurance, certifications and training.

Participates in after-hours on-call rotation as an industry quality assurance requirement.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong computer software skills including word, excel and data entry.

General agency duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for managing all referrals received including calling, scheduling, confirming, and sending documentation.

Facilitates all needs for both prior, day of, and after appointment.
