They are responsible for mowing, fertilizing, and watering the grass, as well as trimming trees and shrubs, and performing other tasks related to the upkeep of the grounds. Detailed Job Description A Junior Greenskeeper is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of golf courses and other outdoor recreational areas. This includes mowing, fertilizing, and watering the grass, as well as trimming trees and shrubs, and performing other tasks related to the upkeep of the grounds. They must also be able to identify and treat any problems with the turf, such as weeds, pests, and diseases. They must also be able to operate and maintain the necessary equipment, such as mowers, edgers, and blowers. Job Skills Required
