Junior Formulation Scientist Jobs in Massachusetts

Candidate should have 2+ years’ experience working in pharmaceutical sciences (preformulation, analytical or formulation development).

degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, pharmaceutics, chemical engineering or material sciences with 2+ years’ experience

Experience in the Discovery and Development interface

Experience working with common excipients and volumetric glassware

Knowledge of small molecule and pre-clinical formulation development (not required)

Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and compounds

Bachelor's or Master's in biology, biotechnology, agricultural engineering, plant science or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience

Experience executing molecular biology techniques in plant cells like DNA extraction, RNA extraction, cloning, PCR, qPCR, western blots, etc.

Experience in plant transformation and plant cell culture using sterile techniques

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges

Experience designing Golden-Gate cloning experiments

Transfer of technical knowledge to contract research sites (CRO) for onsite clinical preparations

Strong technical writing and data analysis skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent teamwork and organizational skills

Develop dosage forms for clinical and commercial use

Help to design, execute experiments and analyze, and present results
