Junior Financial Reporting Analyst Jobs

Be abreast with knowledge of accounting requirements for investment funds and various types of securities

Assist Senior /Assistant Manager in providing answers to external auditors on financial statement audits

Assist Senior/Assistant Manager in resolving client reporting issues and in handling special reporting requests

Undergraduate accounting, finance or equivalent degree;

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Accounting experience in the investment fund industry is preferred;

Learn and become knowledgeable of Covr’s commission grids.

Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field a plus.

Experience in insurance industry a plus.

Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables & VLOOKUP).

Commissions experience is a big plus.

Experience with commission processing systems.

Provide assistance, support, and guidance to Operations and Accounting / Finance department, as necessary

In pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant experience in a related field

Strong level skills in Microsoft Excel – (ex. Pivot tables, macros, data tables, simulations & solver, Vlookup, Hlookup)

Strong organizational, research and analytical skills. Able to effectively organize materials, set priorities, and provide feedback or follow up.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities and projects
