Overview A Junior Chief of Staff is a high-level executive assistant who provides administrative and operational support to the Chief of Staff. They are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Chief of Staff’s office, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing the Chief of Staff’s calendar. Detailed Job Description The Junior Chief of Staff is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Chief of Staff. They are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Chief of Staff’s office, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing the Chief of Staff’s calendar. The Junior Chief of Staff will also be responsible for researching and preparing reports, memos, and other documents for the Chief of Staff. They will also be responsible for managing the Chief of Staff’s budget and ensuring that all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
