Experience with Sales and marketing tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex data findings.

A focus on risk management, financial analysis, and accounting support.

Exemplary organization and time management techniques

Leading calls for presentations and discussions with various stakeholders from Project Managers to executive leadership.

B.A. or B.S. degree from a four-year accredited college or university with course work in business, finance, and/or accounting

Progressive experience related to accounting and financials

Prior experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and reporting

Basic project management skills with the ability to self-manage and work on multiple assignments given changing priorities.

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related area; equivalent experience above the required minimum may substitute for education.

Relevant educational qualification or degree in Data analytics or Data Science or Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent qualification. (Required)

Create and maintain requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.

Collaborate with developers and architects to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability, performance needs, and other non-functional requirements.

Experience with using a formalized software development lifecycle methodology or an Agile framework.

Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Prioritising initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimisation strategies.

Review records to determine if they can be declassified.

Develop and maintain records for tracking the status and adjudication of materials.

Planning, coordinating, and documenting the client’s classification, declassification, and prepublication determinations.

Develop and implement foreign disclosure/release intelligence policies and guidance.

On-site in McLean, VA. Monday-Friday. Core hours: 7am-2pm EST OR 8am-3pm EST.

One (1) or more years working with the Intelligence Community (IC).

Or an associate degree and three (3) years’ experience in intelligence and threat analysis in lieu of a bachelor’s degree

Conduct daily visa applicant screening and vetting utilizing various databases, in order to support ICE Special Agents in making those recommendations.

Must be a U.S. citizen

An Active U.S. Security Clearance level Secret

High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of Business Analysis for the DoD
