Hands on experience using and maintaining scientific equipment.

PhD in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field of study.

Must have the required degree or expect the required degree by June 2024.

Sustaining duties including equipment ownership and delivering a robust manufacturable module.

Statistical Process Control (SPC) or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles and engineering analysis tools.

Successful candidates will be able to commence employment within twelve months of application.

Have experience working in Ed Tech, Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management

Have a customer-centric attitude and are obsessed over the details of the customer experience & journey

Are comfortable utilizing tech platforms to manage and react to customer data and information

Have excellent writing, presenting, and conversational skills

Are able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

Are experienced in and/or have a passion for STEAM & Coding

Technical and commercial management of a customer account.

Preparation and management of progress reporting.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

1-5 years sales experience in O&G industry

Proven experience of operation in a demanding customer facing role

Ensure customer inquires are processed and responded to within the required deadlines.
